西部地区受经济不发达等因素的制约 ,与发达地区的信息资源建设存在着较大差距 ,着手解决西部地区信息资源滞后的现象已迫在眉睫。为此 ,作者从加强政府调节力度、引进资金、发展自身潜力、优化信息资源配置和资源共建共享等方面 ,提出了解决西部地区“信息资源匮乏”的对策。 |

Constrained by the unbalanced economic development,the western prorihces of China is for behind the eastern provinees in constructing and utilizing information resources.This paper focuses on the ways to enhance management and inrestment by the government soas to improve,share and co-build informational resources in the hope of satisfying the needs of the western provinces for information. |
