Libraries of colleges and universities play important parts in the instruction of book-reading to college and university new students, for they bear their specific characteristics. The instruction of book-reading to new students is a very important job. In order to improve it, three tasks should be included, which are these: (1) recommend and give guidance to new students to study books on the education of ideology and politics; (2) pay attention to the instruction of professional and non-professional books... |
